“Let Go - Your opinion is not my problem” aims to inspire a generation of, especially young people, that is surrounded by all sorts of criticism and unbecoming opinions, mainly through social media, not to take the opinions of others to heart. Introducing them to a breathing technique to use as a release valve. In order to better incorporate this into their life, they will be presented with a web-based application asking them to input others’ opinions and possible self-doubts. Then they will be prompted to press the “pause button” - starting an animation guiding them through the technique.
